Episode 103 – Why your fitness community is even more important today
You live in tribes.
You need to in order to live.
No one person can successfully have what they have achieved without the help of others – nor achieve anything substantial.
While this seems like an ancient idea, it’s truer today than ever – this is the importance of fitness community!
And the two factors that are driving the significance of your tribes in today’s world are:
1. What you’re seeking is invisible:
Instead of seeking physical items such as – weaved baskets or swords, to support and enhance your life – today requires seeking out mental (and intellectual) wisdom and experiences related to a specifically desired life journey or goal in order to take life to the next level!
A good example of this may be the achievement of an Olympic gold medal performance in a sport by seeking out coaches that have wisdom and experience at that level. Or from a business point of view, it might be able seeking out mentors that are proven millionaires or billionaires themselves and ideally coached others to be wealthy as well.
2. Speed and access
You can also seek out support in your pursuit of happiness quicker than ever in human history – and nowadays with the internet, you can even tap into successful people in other countries and other times (even if they have died).
It means you don’t need to be alone in your problems, nor dwell on any obstacle.
It means you can power through to a life you want quicker.
It means you have everything you need at your fingertips.
All you need to do is join your tribe – a fitness community that can help you succeed!
Join your fitness community and take advantage of your tribe’s collective wisdom to spur on your success.
There are no excuses!
